Great value for money. Exceptionally clean, smells nice in the room and hotel. Room temperature perfect. Comfortable mattress. Slightly hard pillows. Free coffee, tea and other amenities and toiletries. Free umbrella for rainy days. Located in a quite alley but only 1 minute of walking distance to the nearest metro station. Very well connected to the rest of the city. 7 eleven store right across the street with hundreds of options for a cheap but flavourful breakfest, lunch or dinner. All in all, an amazing value hotel. Highly recommend it!

Efficient check-ins and nice staff. The facility was great and it felt like an actual house that we were living in.
The driver kindly offered to drive us to Ueno station for the skylines express because we were tight on time and would almost miss our flight.

The hotel is very well placed. Despite the busy area nearby, it is quiet. The employees are all very nice. The nice surprise is the happy hour with free beverages and snacks from 18 to 22. Plus the onsen :)
