The room was very clean and quite spacious compared to other 3-star hotels. They have a nice free drinks bar with coffee and soda in the lobby, as well as a lovely arts and crafts section. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect.

Ebihara is a lovingly restored early Meiji era building, run by caring and warm hosts. We appreciated the welcoming touches such as the origami cranes and good communication throughout our stay.
We particularly appreciated that the restoration of Ebihara was sympathetic to the original building fabric, with a clear distinction between new and old - allowing the original use and character of Ebihara to be valued and appreciated.
The kitchen is lovely and the bath a highlight.
With heating and cooling throughout, it is a very comfortable home.
The location is also very convenient as a home base to explore Tokyo and surrounds.
Overall a great place and with excellent hosts.

Every item you need is there, and placed in a cannot-be-more-suitable position. Thanks to the optimized layout, although the room area is small (mine was 10m2), the space does not make you feel uncomfortable. Besides, the large bed is so wonderful.

We stayed here for 5 nights total. For us it was in an ideal location, quiet even though it was quite central in Akihabara. The onsen was nice and relaxing, with many amenities. They offer a pillow menu and cosmetic amenities at the lobby as well as pyjamas. The staff was very helpful and we had a fantastic time overall. It's somewhere I would come back to when travelling to Japan again.

The hotel offer delicious sandwiches and various drinks for refreshment during breakfast.They also offer free drinks and noodle soup at a specific time in the afternoon and evening.I liked also the location,as it is very accessible.Kanda metro station is just few steps away ,and 7eleven is nearby.The staff are very helpful and friendly,like Rhea,So, and Philip.Even the manager of the hotel is very helpful.

I was not sure what to find from a 2 star hotel, however it definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean, the toilet has washing system which you can adjust the pressure and heat! Japanese people very clean like Turks, so i was very glad for that. Bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner which i only liked the smell of shampoo and used that only, i already brought these things from my own country anyway. there was AC which was very easy to adjust. The pillow was hard but i asked softer one which they provided immediately. Room has mini fridge, too. Housekeeper cleans your room every day and changes towels. There was kettle in the room. You can find every cleaning material in main floor for free (toothbrush, token, even shower washclot, ear cottons, pleasant smelling bath salts, and other toiletries that a person may neeed) There was no breakfast but you can get free coffee, different kinds of tea and water which was enough for me. The staff were very kind and helpful.
