Ikebukuro is so convenient for transport, dining and shopping. There are several ways to access the hotel from Narita airport. It’s really not that far from Ikebukuro station even with suitcases about 15min walk. The hotel is quiet and away from the Main Street. One side is next to a freeway but it wasn’t disruptive to sleep. Soundproofing in rooms is good, we didn’t hear the elevator even though it was opposite our room. Hotel staff can help to send your luggage to the next hotel. We were worried about dust as other reviews mentioned but it wasn’t a problem for us. Beds are medium hardness

The hotel was spotless and perfectly located. We arrived late, and the staff’s warm gesture of giving our kids coins for their first gashapon was such a nice touch. We loved the Family Mart on the ground floor — great breakfast options and surprisingly delicious desserts! The direct connection to Sunshine Mall made shopping and eating effortless, though we wish we’d had more time to explore. We also discovered a bit too late that there’s an underground passage(near the sanrio cafe) that makes getting around even easier — a tip for future guests! It even have a travelator if you are too tired of walking.

Booked a room with an extra bed for three people. Room was comfortable, huge, just like the bathroom. We had expectional breakfast every time, the staff is extra nice, doing everything they can for the guests. Basically beside Ikebukuro station, everything you want is nearby. Not the cheapest hotel, but definetly worth the money, had a perfect 4 night stay.

Excellent location- very close to Ikebukuro train station and the Tobu department store. Lots of eateries nearby.

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff there is super friendly. The breakfast is delicious, part of it changes every day. The location is great, some restaurants around, and an entrance to the subway station right next to the hotel, making it easy to reach everywhere else in Tokyo.

The hotel is around 5-7 mins walk to Ikebukuro station. Just walk directly from the hotel...very easy. Many convenient stores are nearby the hotel. Restuarants are surrounded the hotel. We can walk to Don Quijote. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Kitchen in room is good. Also,I like the seprerate part of the bathroom;shower and bathtub area, toilet area, which is very convenient for 4 persons in the room. Laundry room is superb. Many washing machines are available. The waiting area is so cozy!

Very modern and clean building. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and sufficiently sized bathrooms. A big plus is the Onsen area! Staff was very nice and helpful! It's a little walk from Ikebukuro Station but it's a nice area with places to shop which was very convenient

it was all great other than the bed and pillow are very hard; if you ask at reception, you can get a softer pillow...but it could be softer. The baths are great, and for the price, I think this hotel is excellent value for money, and I would certainly return.

Room is ok in size. Comfortable and clean. Wide range of amenities provided. Location is great. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but close to main shopping area. Friendly staff.
