Location - it was a short walk from Kinshicho station, with a supermarket and all 3 major convenience stores nearby. We walked between Mimaru and Kinshicho station with no issues. Popular spots like Shinjuku and Akihabara are also a train ride (with no transfers) away.
Comfort - the room was clean and we didn’t stay long enough to have a “full” room service but they changed our towels and cleared the trash every day.
Staff - the staff were probably the best part of Mimaru. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and detailed. We had an issue with a booking we made elsewhere and Joey was patient and went out of his way to resolve our issue.
Overall, we’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in Tokyo.

I loved this place, it's so calming and everything there is so nice, I only regret that I didn't book it for my entire stay. It's quiet, it smells nicely, bed and sheets are very comfortable, the connection to other parts of Tokio is super easy and I liked the Sarue park.

This was easily my most favorite hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect about this hotel. The location was quiet, safe and offered a lot. The breakfast and service every morning was well worth it and made us feel so welcome and good. The staff was so friendly and helpful despite me not knowing any Japanese. The bathroom, was the main reason we got the room and it was beyond worth it. 100% would stay here again and gladly!

The location is great - close to 2 very well connected subway stations with connected malls, plenty of other shops and restaurants are also very close.
The provided manual and instructions were very clear and easy to follow with pictures on point.
Very good wifi.
The host (Kasuki) has left a welcome card on my mother language which was exceptionally sweet and thoughtful. Also came at the very beginning to greet us and make sure we understood everything and have settled well. Offered several times to help us with transport when he was near the building on rainy days and provided us with tips and advices for events that were happening during our stay. Exceptional and very appreciated care, thank you, Kasuki.
Since it is Tokyo and everything is very close to each other, there were provided ear plugs for more sensitive to noise people - for us the noise was from the train was not a problem.
My friend loved the opportunity to take long and relaxing baths in the japanese bath.
Would definitely book again if I have a stay in Tokyo.
