space was as advertised and had plenty of space to sleep. was clean and communication was clear. check in and check out process was relatively smooth. floor heater in tatami room was much needed and very helpful.

Everything was super clean. I was provided with everything I may have needed + the owners were adorable and give me a lot of information about sightseeing locations. I recommand to stop at Mochida's guest house.

The room was very modern and seemed to have been recently renovated. The entire apartment was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was a great size. I loved the fact that there was also a Japanese toilet with a bidet. The apartment also had everything I needed: washing machine, detergent and fabric conditioner, very soft and clean towels, hair dryer, hoover etc.

Was walking distance to Ekoda station, lots of food options in the area and a quick train ride to Ikebukuro. Staff spoke really good english. Was very happy with my stay there.

The property is in very comfortable size for us as a family of 4. Absolute clean and tidy, fully equipped kitchen, place exactly as photo displayed and as described. Highly recommended for those is are driving as it come with a parking spot.
