hisayo is the cutest most amazing human being. it felt like staying with your mum. she was helpful and always looked out for her guests. the place was clean with access to basic necessities. it was located in a great neighborhood and really close to the station , family mart and a cafe.

It is a new hotel and is very clean. The room is bigger than the hotel room in the middle Tokyo and is spacious enough for two suitcases. Considering the location, this is pretty good if you have a morning flight or just arrived late from Haneda. It is right in the middle of Kamata station (JR) and Keikyu-Kamata station (direct train connection to Haneda), about 7-8 minutes walk either way. The convenience store is right across, there is a supermarket nearby and plenty of food options.
The best feature is definitely the public bath. It only operates from 6AM to midnight and it is very very popular, especially among the Japanese guests and later at night. I definitely recommend trying this out if you never try the sento in public as this is smaller and limited to the hotel guests only. When it is busy, the receptionist may ask you to wait before you can come in - but I do recommend it anyway as having a public bath is not very common in other hotels, as far as I know, especially in Tokyo.

3 bedrooms with double beds, a real authentic feel in on of the rooms, technology at its best with a drying room for clothes. English instructions with pictures which we didn’t find at some other residences. Top notch.

The room is clean and has almost everything needed. Not that big as displayed in the website but it's fine. The futong is really nice and warm.
There are kitchenware, washing machine and big projector for watching the streaming app.
The area around the building is quite peaceful. There is no any noise to annoy. One room per one floor is amazing.
The security of the building is good. You must use the key to allow the elevator go up to your floor. The door has 2 lock for more security as well.
Walking from Keikyu Kamata Station (Keikyu line) is closer than Kamata Station (Keihin line). Just walk straight with 1 cross road from Keikyu Kamata Station (East Exit) while more complicated path from Kamata Station (East Exit).
Also, it is very convinient transportation from Haneda airport (via Keikyu Kamata Station).
Staff is flexible for leaving the luggage before check-in time and after check-out time. Just informed them in advance.

Everything was perfect. Starting with good location near the train station. 7 eleven just across the road.
Apartment very clean with everything needed to cook. Comfortable bed, heating, air conditioning Wi-Fi and smart tv you can use for your Netflix or Disney+.
