The hotel was clean, new and the staff was wonderful. The front desk staff, breakfast/restaurant staff were all so friendly and helpful and all went above and beyond. My parents room was upgraded and they had a perfect view of the ship my grandmother traveled to America on in 1958. It was truly magical.

A super cozy stay in the heart of Chinatown. Lots of food options around. I loved sitting in the common area overlooking the street, especially on a gloomy day.
