every single thing was really nice. the staff really helpful and quick. the hotel also provided high quality hair and skin care. everything was really clean, no doubt. the hotel interior (lobby, garden, etc.) was really cool and historic, with very nice view. the hotel also really close with the harbour and chinatown. everything was perfect.

The hotel was clean, new and the staff was wonderful. The front desk staff, breakfast/restaurant staff were all so friendly and helpful and all went above and beyond. My parents room was upgraded and they had a perfect view of the ship my grandmother traveled to America on in 1958. It was truly magical.

It’s worth to stay. Rooms are clean and facilities are more excellent than what we expected. Staffs are welcome and very helpful. Convenient stores are inside the hotel and prices are fair enough. If I have to visit Yokohama again, I’ll surely stay at that hotel.
