excellent location 50m from railway station with supermarkets, restaurants & 24h convenience stores in a 100m distance. almost brand new hardware. the room has everything a business traveller needs in it and is well thought through. everything feels super-clean, new and well designed. from entering the hotel to checking out, it was a very special experience.

Very close to Haneda airport and only 5 minutes walk to closest train station. Check in was very quick and easy. Bedding, sink, toilet and tub were clean.

Location is excellent. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the train stations.
Onyl problem was the steps going up to the hotel itself. A little tough you have heavy luggage. There's a 7/11 eight across the road and a few other konbinis nearby. There's many food options around and pretty only a few stops away from haneda airport and yokohama.
The staff were all really nice and helpful. The room i had was small but sufficient for a solo traveller. The bed was quite big and was quite comfy.
