I went in with a toddler and a 3months old baby, I really liked the room it was just worth the price we paid for. The room is spacious for us family of 4. The hotel was in the middle of the city so it easy for us to get around for food and quick market walk. Overall we will definitely be back and stay at the hotel.

The family connecting room was very spacious and clean! Daily room service, fully stocked and restocked with all the personal care amenities, etc. The resort truly feels magical with the Koi fish pond, two super large pools and beautiful landscaping. Staff went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed something. The breakfast was above average with plenty of western options. Our kids enjoyed the pancakes, pineapple, watermelon and juices. My husband and I liked the egg station. The resort is about a 10 min drive to Pub Street and the Old Market area.

I have never stayed in a hotel where I felt like I was staying with friends and family. Marek and Khema are amazing hosts. They’re always on the property and eager to help. If they can’t do something for you, they will find someone who can. During my stay, Khema ran two day excursions which I took advantage of along with other guests. The trip to the mountains and the floating city were incredible experiences , all thanks to Khema. This is a hidden gem that will give you a feeling like you’re staying in a peaceful and secluded resort. This did not feel like a hotel…. It felt like home..

The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. They upgraded our room and even surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife & I! To top it off the staff came to our room to sing happy birthday; it was really nice. They were the friendliest staff that I’ve ever had at any hotel. The facilities was very clean and appealing.
