The hotel is great value for money. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Entire staff was very helpful is attending to our needs. They even packed the breakfast for the sunrise tour. The hotel staff May in particular was exceptional.

All the staff were incredible and the decor was as fabulous as only Bill Bensley can do! Special shout out to the National Tour Guide Sam that the hotel assigned for us for an entire day tour of the temples in Siem Reap, and our driver Rith, who drove us around with a lot of patience. Sam's abundant knowledge and love of his country and its history was so amazing, that we will definitely be back in Siem Reap. Other hotel staff were always on hand to ask us about our day, to get us everything we needed. We learnt about their trainee programs for new staff. Breakfast was great too. Overall a fantastic hotel!
