I loved the rooftop pool... very special looking out over the sea and beach from the pool and Jacuzzi. The rooms are very well designed and have extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Excellent amenity that there was even a pantry supplying wine glasses & a microwave for guests to use. Great left luggage system with lockers. The location is amazing.

The receptionist was very friendly and spoke good English as well so it was easy to communicate. He lent me sockets (converter) which I didn't have with me and while check-out he gifted me one of the sockets as well. Amazing guy, amazing place. The location is just perfect as it is at the heart of the most vibrant street in Busan and just 2 minutes walking distance from the Haeundae beach.

The next time I stay near Gwangalli beach, I think this will be my go-to hotel! I booked a capsule with a window, so I was able to look out at the ocean and bridge while relaxing. I wasn’t aware until I was leaving, but it seems like breakfast is provided in a small bag! It’s cup noodles and cereal, so it was nice to eat before I had to catch the KTX early in the morning.

The location is perfect for shopping. The facility is new and tidy. The bathrooms of family room are super nice , big and comfortable, the 2 of them are with bidet toilet. Although it’s in downtown, the neighborhood is quiet. There’s 24 hrs receptionist which you never have to worry about anything. I highly recommend family to book G27.

Centrally located. Kind, hospitable staff. So happy that there was a laundry room with several washers/dryers available (small fee for each use). Even had laundry baskets and drying racks available to use. Love, love, love! Would definitely stay again if I ever return to Busan. Highly recommended!
