The location is great, 5 min away from the closest metro which connects you to most other lines. There are also a bunch of buses nearby. You have a convenience store right around the corner and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The host is one of the kindest we’ve met during our trip and super accommodating. Overall, we found the guesthouse really comfortable, clean, and it includes everything you need for however long your stay is. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Good location in Hongdae not far from Hongik University Station, though with luggage the walk can be a bit long. Nice that there is a washer and detergent for use and there were lots of little details provided included charging converters. Beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and kept the rooms cool. Wifi worked well.

Location: Hongdae is a great area next to a lot of good food and nightlife. The property is super close to the station which made getting around Seoul extremely easy. There were so many great food options and lots of convenience stores nearby. Property: The apartment was super spacious compared to others I’ve stayed at in Korea. The beds were very large and there was still enough floor space to fit 2 luggages. The living room had a large table which could fit 6 people easily and the kitchen was fully equipped with pots and dishes. There’s an onsite clothes washer which was extremely helpful and the air condition worked great. The bathroom was large and the water pressure was great. Host: The host was super kind and we really enjoyed renting from her. We requested more bath towels and they arrived the next day! She was very proactive with communication and we felt so welcomed staying at this accommodation. We would 100% stay here again and we recommend this place for everyone!

Everything it was so clean and in a very neighborhood, the host is clearly very thoughtful and has put a lot of effort into what a guest would need. The aesthetics are also there, I felt like I was sleeping in heaven everyday it was just a very functional, cozy little place. The host is so thoughtful and answered all my Questions and gave suggestions super promptly. On rainy days she even messaged me to remind me about the umbrella the apartment offers. Thank you for such a comfortable, thoughtful experience! 10/10 is not enough!

We stayed here for 3 weeks, and feel so lucky to have found this place. The beds were so comfortable, the place was so quiet and warm, there's lots of amazing cafes and restaurants in the backstreets between here and Hongdae. It was also the cleanest place I've stayed in bar none. The host was very helpful, and has a YouTube channel with some shorts on the local area that we appreciated. There was some local Korean treats on arrival for us which was super cute. It's around 10 minutes walk from Hongdae which isn't too bad, getting somewhere this comfortable and well priced close to Hongdae would be impossible. Overall I loved the stay here, and would stay again.

Our hosts were fantastic from start to finish, always very communicative and in close touch concerning any questions we had. They made check-in and check-out super easy, including safe storage of our luggage when desiring to pick it up later in the day after check-out. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were super clean, and the air-conditioning was perfectly easy to control for the different personal tastes of our group members.
