Our room was super comfortable and quiet. Mohamed was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the old Medina. He gave us restaurant recommendations and directions to anywhere we’d need to go. Breakfast was very good and this Riad is very hospitable. 10/10 recommend and will stay again in the future.

Hosts are very helpful and accommodating, they welcomed us with fresh mint tea and Moroccan pastries ,provided good tips on what to see and where to go. The riad is very nicely decorated in Moroccan traditional style, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was really good with various Moroccan breads / pastries and additions: honey, marmalade, butter, olives ,eggs , fruits - and served earlier upon request. Definitely recommend !

In particular Yasin who served us a hot breakfast at 6.30am and looked after the aunties like they were his own mother, Abdulrahman who made us mint tea at midnight, Anas whose calm leadership and haunting gnawa tunes lit our experience and anyone else you remember.

At first, I was attracted by the photos of Green House, all the fantastic tiles and mosaics, such a very traditional Moroccan house. Until I met Mehdi and Mohammed, I realized it is definitely the best decision I made in Fes. These two young gentlemen speak very fluent English, the communication is very smooth, and they really gave us all the help we need and met our requirements. That’s very important to us getting local advices and help in a foreign country, to learn a totally new culture during traveling. The two very enthusiastic young gentlemen who treat the hotel as meticulously as taking care of their home. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the old Medina, near the iconic blue gate. It is a walking distance from all attractions, and also very close to the main road which is convenient to take a taxi to the train station. It’s located in a quiet branch of the lively Medina, so it’s won’t be noisy when you're inside the hotel. When we walked home from the center of the Medina at night it was very close and felt safe. It is highly recommended to have breakfast on their rooftop, enjoying amazing Fes city view.

If there were any flaws, the staffs Nadir, Omar & lady chef N compensated them all. The staffs were gems!! Very helpful, very pleasant and polite. The riad was just like what we imagine, beautiful! location was not too deep into the Medina, easily reachable via Bab Boujloud and the Batha post. Our room was on the top floor, next to the terrace and the rooftop seating. Bathroom with bidet for the toilet is a rare finding!! Dinner we had was fantastic and breakfast were nice and varies everyday, still traditional and adequate portion.

I spent 8 days in Morocco of which 4 in Fes, where I stayed in Palais Fes Yahya. I loved this place. The location is perfect. The riad is so cozy, it has an amazing style, with traditional Moroccan colorful mosaics and woodcrafts. The staff members are very friendly and always made me feel at home. They are all very helpful and gave me very good suggestions for experiencing the best of Fes and for organizing day tours to other cities. This place is the cleanest place I have stayed in Morocco. I also got to eat delicious meals cooked by the ladies of the family. God bless their hands! A huge thank you to all of you: Hamza, Amine, Adnan, Abdoul, and Muhamad, for taking good care of me and making my visit in Fes a good memory I will always bring with me. I know where I am going to stay every time I will visit Fes. Definitely recommend!
