Quiet, cleeeaaaaaan and comfortable, the staff are nice good looking and helpful

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Beautiful big lobby lounge with plenty of comfortable sitting areas.

Abdullah reception. He was very helpful, professional and always give best solution for the customer for hotel. The boss should give him bonus for good work and dedication.

The staff was wonderful, there were 3 restaurants at the hotel but we only tried the Italian and it was really good. There was even a hair salon which came in really handy. The rooms were big and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. The gym was very well equipped and big.

First, the hotel location is in the center of Fez, just few meters from Burj Fez mall. Secondly, the hotel reception staff are welcoming and very nice to attend gesut needs. Thanks to Miss Iman for everything. Furthermore, the room is spectacular. Finally, the house keeping staff are excellent team. Appreciate all hotel STAFF, and keep up the good work. Bravo 👏 bravo👏

Large room, friendly staff and clean hotel We used to come every year during our vacation in Meknes and it is very convenient to reach the highway and the city center. A lot of food options and shopping nearby.. Special thanks to Nadia who went beyond and above expectations.

The hotel is new everything still super clean. All the staff was amazing Ayah , Asma, Malak and the manager too. I extended my stay because those reasons from 1 to 3 days. I hope you keep the same level of clean and hospitality.

Air condition works properly in winter, which is rare in Morocco. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. The room is spacious.

The staff. Every single staff member treated us like kings. Before we checked in, they had us tour the room to ensure it was satisfactory. It was. When we needed breakfast, they were ready to bring it. Need to catch a taxi? The kind doorman will hail one for you. They are just so attentive. The rooms were impeccably cleaned and beyond spacious. The perfect size for a three-day stay in Fes. The best part of the entire trip... We forgot a precious family heirloom in the room. The staff arranged for the item to be delivered to Rabat overnight before we were to leave for Casablanca and then Turkey. No questions asked, not a problem it seemed. I will never forget my friends at Ramada in Fes!

Everything pretty much , such a well equipped, well designed hotel with an absolutely great gym , the best I've seen in a hotel , great view on the olympic pool , great rooms with very large comfy beds and terraces to relax at and high quality bathrooms with everything you need , I also liked the breakfast , it was very filling and the service was well supervised by the nice lady of color there . I highly recommend it to everyone tourist or not even to people living in Fes , they'd love experiencing such a peaceful , well equipped and highly maintained hotel.

Near Gare de Fès and within walking distance of the Medina. Cozy, standard room. Really nice staff and (presumably) the owners. Delicious breakfast, and an unforgettable takeaway breakfast that the staff quickly prepared. I really loved my stay.

The place is very clean and calm and the most important thing about it is architecture that has the Moroccan zelij with wonderful colors and shapes, the location of the place is perfect calm in the middle of old medina and also want to thank the staff they’re so helpful and kind
