The lounge area is spacious and luxurious, the live music was great, the staff were attentive. The hammam was a fabulous experience- the space is exceptional and the staff were perfect. we would return to Ifrane just to do this again!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed, from the receptionists like Youssef to the women that cleaned our room, we also had the pleasure to meet the owner of the hotel who was extremely kind and took care of every request we had. We were in our honey-moon and they made it amazing with all their services. The Hotel is truly amazing, the rooms are sound proof and big and have a balcony, the bathroom was perfect they give you plenty of towels and honestly the courtesy set smelled soooo good. The jacuzzi and the pool inside the hotel were amazing, also if you wear a hijab it's perfect cause it's really private and I could swim with my husband without anyone around, since it's really quite. This should be a 5 star hotel honestly cause they have everything you may need and the position is perfect, I will 100% come back and make it my home in Fes.
