It's was nice to stay at this cozy place. It's a standalone guest house with comfy shared area and nice fully equipped rooms. Located in a good neighbourhood. Also communication with staff was amazing. Pretty good breakfast is a good bonus. Parking is right at the place.

Everything! Ixum was an absolute dream, the room and all the spaces are stunning and super comfortable. The staff are lovely and helpful.
