Property is located in a quiet residential area. I stayed in upstairs apartment with gate which was locked at street level. It had a small patio outside and felt very secure.

Great apartment, very well situated (close to the bus station, and has everything you need for a short stay! Very comfortable. Host was excellent and kind, brought us blankets when it got colder, recommended local restaurants and communicated very well with us.

Good location, as far as Cancun goes, since the city itself is not particularly pleasant for walking because of its huge streets and difficult intersections. There are some nice restaurants and a coffeehouse nearby. The room is wonderful - perfectly clean, with a huge and very comfortable bed and Rocio is the sweetest host ever. She told us with hours about Mexico and recommended us a lot of places to visit with non-touristic tips. I definitely recommend this place to stay.

We really love this hotel !!! Great location and so accessible from both the city center and the train station! If you are about to go to the cancun airport or to the nearby supermarkets, or even the bus to the beaches, this is a good option!! The room is huge and with good air conditioning. It also has a microwave and some basic culterys for some light bites.

Location is great close to shopping, the board walk and great restaurants. The apartment is brand new and very tastefully decorated. Lots of lighting options. Super clean, super comfy bed, towels, excellent shower pressure and hot water. Fully equipped kitchen. The large windows are well insulated against any nearby noise. Pure luxury - will definitely stay there again on my next shopping trip.
