Room was clean and the location good.

The property is located minutes away from the ADO bus stop by foot, this was super convenient. There was also multiple restaurants around which was great for when we came back from day tours. All the staff were lovely and the place was big and very clean - they had shampoo, conditioner, soap, and some lotion. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again.

The best hotel para stay in Cancun, very close to the principals streets, shoppings (Las Americas, La Plaza, La Isla) Chedraui, and a lot of others, staying in Fairfield you will avoid the intense traffic on the Coco Bongo street called Blvd. Kukulcan, the traffic here some times is heavy and very slow. The location of Fairfiled is good because you can drive to Playa Del Carmen, Tulum or Holbox, without passing trough this boulevard.

Hotel Luma is the best low budget hotel in Cancun. The staff are friendly, the room is large and comfortable. It is not too noisy in the hustle of Cancun. The breakfast is very good. There is a securing car park with a gate for security. Our third time staying there

We obtained a free upgrade to our room. We were even allowed to leave our bags locked in a storeroom whilst being away for 3 nights b4 rechecking in. Very helpful receptionist.

All the facilities were of top quality and always cleaned well. The pool was lovely and the air conditioned reception was a big savior.

Staff where very good, the manager was incredible , as we didn’t speak Spanish & would take time typing on google translate , Carmen spoke fluent English, she was able guide us with everything we required from food places, excursions & travel. I don’t think we would have enjoyed it as much as we did if it wasn’t for her
