Hotels near Tecnologic Stadium, Cancún

Super nice and friendly staff, location, location, location, easy access to anywhere, great shower, very good WiFi

Great location, amazing value-for-money, clean, well-equipped, nice rooftop, friendly staff, new bathroom

my 5th visit here, as usually all was super bien :)

I really like they helped us with our laundry. Place was really good!

The person that Made me the check in was so nice and carefull. She helped for everthing.

The best hotel para stay in Cancun, very close to the principals streets, shoppings (Las Americas, La Plaza, La Isla) Chedraui, and a lot of others, staying in Fairfield you will avoid the intense traffic on the Coco Bongo street called Blvd. Kukulcan, the traffic here some times is heavy and very slow. The location of Fairfiled is good because you can drive to Playa Del Carmen, Tulum or Holbox, without passing trough this boulevard.

Close to the Mercado 28, has everything you need, a pool A/C, bid bedroom. Everything was good!

First of all the staff man they are really patient and pleasant..the breakfast was really good and the location of the hotel was close to a mall and other shopping areas.

The manager is really dedicated to his work and always try to feel you confortable and safe. He has also good recommandations to eat or do other activities

I paid for breakfast. I am glad it did the breakfast exceeded my expectation and staff in the dinning area were very attentive. Many food options, there was something for everyone.

This was our first stay in the hotel, but I hope not the last one. I don't know about other time, but it was nice and quiet during our stay, which we really enjoyed. The only whish, there was a tea cattle or some appliances to make a coffee in the morning. Other, than that, everything was good. The Plaza Los Americas is 10 min walk. Breakfast restaurant - even closer. Will definitely come back!

Lovely stay at Kabah Boutique Hotel. Great rooms for a very good price and a beautiful rooftop terrace with a 360° view. The receptionist Ruby was exceptionally kind and helpful, and her tips for trips and restaurants were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very good location, shops very close by . Staff where very good, the manager was incredible , as we didn’t speak Spanish & would take time typing on google translate , Carmen spoke fluent English, she was able guide us with everything we required from food places, excursions & travel. I don’t think we would have enjoyed it as much as we did if it wasn’t for her

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is good. Across from the mall.

AVOID urgently... Here, we are at the height of SCAM. READ carefully before making a reservation here and look carefully at the photos... I was scammed when booking. I had notified that I wanted to "Pay at the property" when making my reservation. But Booking.com asked me to put my Credit Card, probably for security. I asked to check in between 23:00 and 00:00. We arrived at 23:45, we paid in Cash at the reception... In complete confidence... In the morning, when checking out, when checking my bank account, I realized that I had 3 withdrawals on my credit card. Two from Booking.com, one corresponding to 72Mxn, probably a test prepayment, and the second direct debit corresponding to the price of the night... And a third direct debit made by the hotel management company, for the amount of a new night..! Which means that I had paid more than three times the price that I should have paid, and this without an email to warn me. I had to call Booking.com 8 times, and was hung up on 4 times during the conversation. I have never managed to get an explanation, firstly on the fact that Booking.com had shared all of my credit card data with an establishment external to Booking.com, which allows them to use my credit card as they wish and secondly on the fact that Booking.com makes withdrawals on their customer's card, while the customer made his reservation by mentioning "Pay at the Property"... I had to make screenshots of my bank statement, copies of the withdrawals, ask three times at the reception for proof of payment in cash. That is to say that after being scammed three times the price of the night in this hotel, it is up to me to have to prove my good faith..!

I had a very good experience from the beginning to the end. Frank contacted me with all the information for the check in before our flight, arranged a taxi for us and gave me lots of recommendations, making my stay in Cancun a lot easier. The apartments couldn't be better located: very close to the centre but far enough to be quiet. Across the road you can change money, get a SIM card and there's a huge supermarket too. The place is very clean, comfortable bed. There's a well equipped kitchen too.

The comfy bed, & very clean room.

Very nice hotel, good location, 10 mins drive to the Hotel Zone and 10 mins to Cancun central. Good parking facilities.

Great spacious room, friendly staff and they accommodated us at very short notice

Hotel and room were very clean. Love the pool area. Location was convenient for tour pick-up. Close to food opposite the road or at least 5 minutes down the road, for choices outside of the hotel.
