We loved the location, in the middle of a really beautiful leafy suburb, close to restaurants, cafes and art galleries. The decor was beautiful, even better than the photos, and everything was really clean and lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Incredible staff and manager. On the first day of our week trip to Mexico City I managed a faceplate 30 feet from the hotel door. The staff saw it on their outdoor security camera. The attention was fantastic. Ambulance called. Ice packs provided, and the manager went to a pharmacy to get some pain pills. He wouldn't even take payment. He brought me tea later in the day and checked up on me. Did I mention the location is perfect and on the best street in the city!

Everything was amazing, we totally live the beautiful hotel . The local was fabulous close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Lovely neighborhood to wander and close to all the main attractions of Mexico City also. We will be back!

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and very healthy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Marta, the on-site host, was fabulous. She really looked out for us. Loved the roof top terrace, fully equipped kitchen, furniture, balcony and fast elevator. Location was convenient for public transit, restaurants and activities yet was still peaceful.
