Very easy excess with deposit rm100 and fast return. Property was welcoming us,inform the arrangements facilities and how to go room and pool. The room was clean,have a welcome drink sachet and tubites,nice view room city.. have toothbrush tolteriest and all things in room function user. Very satisfied. Mahfuz Rahman in charge our stay very polite and responsible. When we ask extra Towel, he also asks about our situation being good or not. Pool also nice view with 4building famous in Malaysia. Nice security.. this the 2nd staycation we book with this property. Wiil chose to come again every month here with Property KAWSAR ONLY

The Malaysian couple that run the place are very sweet and attentive. They are here during the day time. They keep the place very clean and they are very helpful. Lot of thought and care were put into the rooms. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Lot of amazing places to eat nearby. Wifi is very strong. Price is very affordable and allowed me to have a room in KL within my budget.

I like this place thank you so much Luxe klcc by infinitum I am fast time do book here very very nice place speclaly swimming pool is very nice The view is awesome really nice I am happy for stay 1 night also the room view is PETRONAS twin towar I am injoy this night the Host very helpful for check in I am coming for check in 11 am we contact the Host number he coming and take our luggage Then around 1 pm he ready our room and inform me our room is ready can do check in check in process very easy and room nice clean I am really like this place thank you again very near by petrons twin towar and inside the downstairs have 7 eleven there can by something have angasa grosser there have all food have coffee shop. Also swimming pool have 1 coffee shop I think I am come back last month I am again book your room thank you so much for help
