Decor, functionality, outlook, location, room size, welcome drink, helpful staff, attached laundromat and club room. Room size, great bathroom and really comfy big bed with lovely clean crisp linen and superb choice of pillows. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here! They went above and beyond to make sure that our time in Amsterdam was everything we could have hoped for. The staff were very friendly and had lots of suggestions and tips for getting around, things to see and do. The hotel is a mere 3 minute walk to the metro. The outdoor pool and spa were amazing and we enjoyed unwinding after our days of exploring. The breakfast buffet was a hit for my 6 year old and the entire hotel experience was very family friendly. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and book here again.

My room was very quiet and comfortable. Nice bakery on less than 100 m distance!

The view from our corner room on level 12 was outstanding! I didn't want to leave the room. I loved the Etika toiletries supplied. I always wash my hands when entering a room after being out and these products smelt soooooo good!!!! The bed was super comfy, the room spacious and having 2 lounge chairs is always appreciated. We loved the overall feel of the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The staff in the hotel was really good, they were informative and helpfull especially for us because we were first timer tourists. We really felt helped by the information that we were given so that we could explore the netherlands far more enjoyable. Your place was also really clean and had a copious amount of sunlight.

The location is wonderful, so close to the city centre. The hostel is very hip with lots of activities for 20 somethings, staff is friendly but sometimes a bit aloof. Think that has to do with it also being a social hub for local residents; it’s not always clear to staff who is a hotel guest and who isn’t. The lobby/cafe and workspaces are wonderful and vibrant. We didn’t eat at the restaurant this time, but we used to live locally and liked the food on other occasions. The rooms are interesting and the studio is wonderful, it is equipped with everything you could need and very practical if you want to cook your own meals

The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom has a good amount of space and the towels were clean and nice. The room also has lots of space and room to store your things. The view was pleasant. The staff is friendly and had outlet adaptors at the ready. Some good options for snacks in the reception and tables to take a break.
