Staff was very nice. Room was clean, bed comfortable, tub great, very nice to have on-site laundry facilities. Plenty of parking spaces, WiFi good, nice to have SKY TV available.

Super clean, great shower and bath too. Staff were really nice and helpful and room had great amenities and I LOVED the coffee cups! so nice to be able to have a decent sized coffee cup.

Annabelle Motel was a very nice place to stay. We stayed here twice in one week. The heating in the units was excellent. Plenty of parking was also a bonus. Hosts were lovely, nothing was a bother. Great price also.

We stayed at 315 Riccarton Motel four times over the space of 3 weeks. We stayed in both a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment. Both were excellent: well-equipped, well-maintained and clean. Great location.
