The staff were very friendly and helpful. One incident was that I dirty my shoes at a muddy beach and the staff kindly let me use a large cleaning sink to clean my shoes. Thank you and much appreciated. The location was very good with beautiful scenery - high and low tides right before your eyes. The room was vintage style, cosy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Our family of 7 had dinner in the hotel restaurant - excellent! Highly recommend this hotel to visitors coming to the Nelson area.

The views from the inn were breathtaking. It was small and cosy yet had plenty of room and didn't feel overcrowded. We would recommend staying here and we will definitely make a return soon
