Wonderful and relaxing inn. My sister advised me to stay here and I was NOT disappointed. The staff was warm and helpful. Our room comfy, clean and great size. Great location to everything. Made our stay in Rotorua very enjoyable.

the place was amazing. warm, cosy, clean, bed was super comfortable. the host put on the heat pump before we arrived and the heated towel rail AND the electric blanket. very very impressed with the place. will stay here in future.

Dorm room: Able to lock valuables away in a safe, spacious rooms, bathrooms very clean. Kitchen: Always clean and never overly busy. The hostel provides free tea and coffee too! Location: 1 minute walk from the 'isite' where the Intercity bus drops you off. Staff: Very friendly staff member on reception- checked me in early as room was available and when aircon was not working temporarily the issue was fixed very quickly!
