I recently stayed at Best Western Premier Hotel, Gulberg, Lahore, and had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed. A special mention goes to Ms. Eiza at the front desk, who was exceptionally polite, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Her guidance and positive attitude really added value to the overall experience.
The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The environment was peaceful, and all amenities were up to the mark.

Great location, loved the buffet and welcoming drink. Decorations leading into the restaurant were really well done. I loved the staff - I was concerned about the trip to the airport for a myriad of reasons, and the stafff took care of me even when I was leaving to make sure I got to the airport in time for my flight. Rooms were quiet, clean, and tastefully decorated. Really enjoyed my stay here.
