I like the management response and service of hotel looks like a home as I personally recruitment to others for stay at Hotel One Gulberg honestly really appreciate it

From Check in to Check out, Everything was smooth and in good harmony

I liked the whole hotel ambiance, the entry, the lobby, corridors and the rooms off course. The guest attendant Ms. Ayesha was very cooperative and supportive. She always engaged with the guests for the services and any difficulties to be addressed immediately. Her attitude towards the guests was really remarkable and that left with a feel of familiarity with that place. I will always love to prefer Park Lane for my stay every time in Lahore.

Outstanding , clean rooms , excellent service , Top of the line location, very good price , hot water , heat , parking .. everything was perfect . Would return .

This has to be the best property I’ve stayed at in Pakistan. Comparable to 5-star hotels around the world. Also the room aesthetics are phenomenal and full points for cleanliness
