Everything from the check in till check out was perfect. Once I arrived I was greeted by Shevali and then directed to Aruzhan who send personalized welcome letter to my room, which was very nice to receive. Then Mr. Jaskirat called me to ensure that I like the room and if AC was working properly (last time when I stayed in this property AC had some issues & they still remembered that!). Trough out the stay I was greeted everywhere with smiles & even thou I stayed alone, I felt very comfortable there. Again thank you Aruzhan, Jaskirat, Shefali & others who made my stay amazing.

The staff was very friendly and very informative, and arranged a nice anniversary surprise for us in our room. We loved our dinner at Yun Restaurant, they even catered to our personal requests about the food and drinks. The breakfast was exceptional. The facilities, pool, and gym were very clean and well maintained.

Everything... from the start...reception staff were great, especially the Tunisian guy...i forget his name...he welcomed us with a voucher for kids to play in fun city in city center mall ...as a gentle compensation for waiting to receive the apartment...the swimming pool staff were welcoming...handed the complementary towels and bottles of water to the kids each day while entering the pool area...these small detailes distinguish the excellent welcoming spirits hotel from the average ones...so thank you for our lovely stay
