I recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Kempinski with my family, including my two daughters and my infant son. Our stay was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and service we received. Outstanding Staff & Service A special thank you to Mr. Islam, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. His generosity in upgrading our stay free of charge made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy our time even more. I also want to express my gratitude to Joycelyn and Joyce, the wonderful ladies overseeing the swimming pool and playground. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to my daughters, making their experience extra special. Another heartfelt thank you to Mr. Nezam, whose warm smile and willingness to assist every time we saw him truly made our stay feel welcoming and comfortable. Areas for Improvement While everything was great, one small issue we encountered was with the access cards. They often had trouble when placed with other cards. However, the staff was always quick to assist us whenever we needed help. A minor improvement in the card system would make the stay even smoother. Final Thoughts Overall, our stay at Kempinski was fantastic! The hospitality, service, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special.
