Customer service in W Doha is Amazing. Special shoutout to all the staffs working there especially Florine, Sebastine, Pamela, and Ismail. If you are looking to staying in an hotel where they value your presence and you would like to be treated like royalty regardless of status, then choose W Doha. I would like to mention that all the services rendered from room service, cleaning , restaurant etc were great and delivered at the highest quality. Kudos to the management as well.

Everything... from the start...reception staff were great, especially the Tunisian guy...i forget his name...he welcomed us with a voucher for kids to play in fun city in city center mall ...as a gentle compensation for waiting to receive the apartment...the swimming pool staff were welcoming...handed the complementary towels and bottles of water to the kids each day while entering the pool area...these small detailes distinguish the excellent welcoming spirits hotel from the average ones...so thank you for our lovely stay
