It was an exceptional accommodation, we had a huge queen room, with beautifully refurbished furniture, the location just in the heart of old town, the check in very easy, and with veeery nice and kind staff :)

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The rooms were big and clean, there was a good breakfast also.

The hotel is very clean, and the position is fantastic, right to the main square ( Piata Sfatului) and Black Church. I will include pictures from my window. Good breakfast.

The location couldn't have been more perfect. Less than a minute's walk to the main square, but removed just enough that there was no noise from the town. The breakfast was delicious and elaborate. The staff, without exception, could not have been more helpful.

The staff was wonderful and the service was very nice. Michael (there's 2 Michael's as well) was going above and beyond for us in our stay to make sure we were happy with our experience at Casa Chitc. If anything, I'd love to stay at Casa Chitic if I ever go back to Brasov again. The customer service was honestly what made it feel like home.

The room was beautiful - very comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Very easy to walk to everything in Old Town.
