Very friendly and proffessional staff, especially Petru the cleaner and Katarina the receptionist. Nice food, very clean and cozy rooms and the beatiful view on the whole city from the swimming top on the roof.

It is a clean beautiful and cosy place!! Very close to the city center. We travel with car so the parking was a big asset.The staff was very polite and helpful as for Anastasia she is a Greek speaking star!!!!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfy bed and a clean, well-equipped bathroom. Everything was spotless, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, offering a nice variety of both local and international options. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the old town and close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, Hotel Rainer exceeded my expectations. It’s a great choice for anyone visiting Braşov and looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this property! It was so comfortable & had everything I needed. The location could not be beat— you’re right in the city center, but tucked away from the noise. I highly recommend staying here & plan to stay again when I return to Brasov!

OMG - everything! Size of room, super comfy bed, lots of pillows, fridge in room, AMAZING breakfast and, of course, EXTREMELY NICE STAFF! I was a bit surprised with this kind of customer-oriented staff, from reception to the restaurant... very, very nice. The Maître d' (main employee of restaurant and in charge of breakfast) plus the lady behind the bar at breakfast are exceptional employees, so professional and so, so kind. Location - amazing and very quiet (3rd floor) eventhough in the heart of Brasov's old city center. Thank you ❤️

The staff at the reception were very friendly and gave extra care when they came to know that my wife was pregnant. Superb job they have done.

Staff are very very friendly and professional. It is a homey style hotel where you feel you are among your family. We were late in check in so the front desk called us to make sure that we are Ok and nothing bad happened to us. This was really highly appreciated by us.
