The hotel was exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to Masjid Nabawi. The staff were incredibly helpful, spoke excellent English, and even accommodated an early check-in by two hours. We were so pleased with our experience that we ended up extending our stay by an extra day!

Really warm welcoming start they took my bags from road where bus have dropped us and i was helpless that time. I just find hotel and informed that they respectively helped me. Apart of this smooth checked in and really responsible staff. Will definitely stay next time here INSHALLAH.
