The location is brilliant, right in front of a tram, really easy to go to the city center or any other place. I went to a concert on friends arena, which is the same tram line as the one that stops in front of the hotel! the staff is really helpful, they are amazing! I was happy with the room I booked but they gave me an upgrade, that was excepcional! Thank you team, you all are amazing <3
