The staff were outstanding. Extremely helpful and resourceful to answer our questions and help us with logistical planning. There is a pool and ping pong table. Breakfast was good. The location is perfect. Right next to the bus stop. Our balcony had a nice view of the lake and mountains.

The hostel is located in a beautiful place where you can see the mountain and the lake from your window. They gave us an upgrade since there was some works going to a room with private bathroom. The hostel also provides a lot of adventurous activities. The breakfast was also nice, we could select from a variety of options and it was not limited. You can meet a lot of international people from the big kitchen and plan your day together if you want. Sadly, we stayed there only one night, and we wish to go back again and do a lot adventure sports activities. I would definitely recommend this place

The staff was very kind and helpful. We got a lot of tips of what to see and where to go in the surrounding area. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of different varieties of food. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful nearby Bohinj lake (5 minute walk). Rooms are spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The room was really spacious and clean. Good beds and it had a personal sauna which was also spacious (room for 3), easy to use, and easily maintained 90 degree celsius. The staff were really friendly. Went out of their way to improve our stay. One time the kitchen was already closed, but they still made something for me with cold cuts (a nice plateau with nuts, meat slices, dried fruit, bread, and delicious spreads). We only ate at the restaurant during our stay, because it was that good. Breakfast is a-la-carte and really tasty, with all fresh ingredients. Lunch/ diner is served as a 3 course meal (or more) and looks and tastes as if dining in a fine dining restaurant. Price / value quality is really good. My expectations were exceeded on all accounts.

Perfect place to start my trek in Triglav National Park. Just a few minutes walk from the bus stop where you can take the 2 euro bus to many trailheads. Local market opens at 6:30am to grab provisions. Very friendly staff.
