Fantastic! Firstly the staff , so friendly and efficient ! It really is beachfront with comfortable loungers provided and always available . Lovely View of the sea and garden from the balcony . State of the art gym . Fabulous swimming pool . Room is large and hotel is set in what seems like a tropical forest kept pristine by the gardeners. Everything works like clockwork probably due to Swiss manager! Good plentiful and varied with three restaurants . The lounge provides free afternoon tea and a light salad in the evening and would thoroughly recommend as the staff are very helpful, especially Diamond, Laura , Palita and Sky whose good humour is uplifting! A special thanks to Amits for solving a minor problem.

Hotel staff are all accommodating and always ready to give a helping hand. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The location of the hotel is also convenient -- you could easily walk to nearby beaches and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores as well. The room we booked completely exceeded our expectations - clean, spacious, and has a comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Stunning location! the views from our room and the pool area were wonderful. The breakfast was great, lots of different options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was super easy to walk into the main area where all the restaurants and beaches were. We appreciated getting the exercise but if people have mobility issues this wouldn’t be a great choice. They do have a tuk tuk available that takes people down and back. We only used it when we had our luggage. Overall, we highly recommend this place. it was exactly what we were hoping for.

Having some cocktails or dinner at the rooftop restaurant is just incredible. The view on the cliffs is breathtaking. Furthermore, the rooms are well furnished and the stuff is very helpful and friendly. The pool has the perfect temperature and has a small bar with drinks.

Beautiful hotel very near the pier on East Railay so it's nice you don't have to walk far with your bags. The rooms were big and lovely, staff was very nice, and the facilities were all clean and really nice.

Gorgeous resort in paradise - truly idyllic location and perfectly kept. Airport transfer was very swift and luxurious. Spoilt for choice at breakfast, very hard to beat. Staff were so welcoming and always acknowledged us when we walked past. The rooms were spotless. The massages were out of this world. The private boat trip went very smoothly and was tailored to our needs. Special treatment for one of our birthdays was really thoughtful and appreciated. Saffron Restaurant was delicious and had a nice ambience.
