Location was great, right across from the beach, lots of restaurants, bars,and the night market was in walking distance. But the property was beautiful and the staff was very nice.

The staff are very helpful and will go additional mile to help. There are several different room configuration to choose. After pandemic, hotel need some repainting or touch up - hotel is doing minor touch up to refresh the building. Hotel location is great as its quieter (some shops around but not too noisy). Only need 5 minutes walk to the very busy (and noisy) shopping area. Breakfast is simple (Auha Cafe, Krabi just in front hotel serves very good cafe, croissant and mango sticky rice). Met a great driver (he drive van and sedan car also) who drove us around for 3 days at very reasonable price.

pool area is excellent, especially the water slides and island bar. kids club is great as well. rooms are clean and cleaning daily is very thorough. breakfast is plenty no more than sufficient.

The location of the hotel is amazing as it is right across the beach making it very much accessible. Secondly our room (Pool access room) was fantastic as having direct access to the pool made it easier & comfortable to use it.

Location was amazing, right across the beach and the facilities were good. We booked a pool access room and they upgraded us to a family room which worked out better for us with a kid. Excellent pool area for kids and good breakfast!

Clean rooms and facilities, friendly staff and overall a great stay. We actually liked it that we wanted to extend our stay in Ao Nang with them. location is both great and not so great, great that it's across the street from the beach and near a long tail taxi service staff was awesome, they offered to keep our luggage while we check out for a day to visit Railay and come back the next day to pick them up
