Hotels in Bang Rak, Bangkok

Fantastic staff and great facilities.

Service and cleanness are higher than expected.

Awesome pool size, location, and even the kids section with water games. The kids game room is also lovely, and the game room for older kids is nice with air hockey, darts, and so on). Breakfast buffet is the most varied we have seen, and very good. Our room was on the 17th floor with an excellent view, good amenities (including a kitchen), and comfortable. Good hotel location, great and attentive staff.

This is a properly my 8th time to stay in the same property in Bangkok. The breakfast is amazingly good , lots of choice for everybody which would suit any dietary habit. The rooms are fantastically designed , it’s clean, spacious, and the bed is large and comfy. All the staff are very welcoming and professional. The swimming pool is big. I’m very nice to chill after a very hot day in Bangkok. .

The doorman is always very kind and attentive. The room was a huge ballroom with great lighting and all the comforts one could ask for. The pool had a beautiful little thai-style bar house with a very kind waiter who tends to your every need! You would forget you are in one of the busiest cities in the world.

The hotel location is on the Chao Phraya river and next to many shops and restaurant. The river view is on of the best views on Bangkok. The suite was spacious and offers both river and city views. The lobby is welcoming and has a spacious seating area. The afternoon tea experience was remarkable and worth the time and money. The hotel offers the dedicated river cruise with a five star catering and enclosed air-conned seating space. The shuttle boat service to Icon Siam was available.

Everything was amazing, the view, pool, location, also the bed was super comfy. I will definitely come back again :)

The customer service was excellent and the services were amazing

Very close to everywhere including BTS

The location is good to get around and just 5-10 mins walk to BTS station and 7-11 also shops and restaurants

Great location and big room Pool with a fantastic view

Nice breakfast, big room, nice pool on the roof

Location and the view. I didn’t get the icon Siam view for the first 2 nights later upgraded to club room for the icon Siam view. Worth every penny . Saw the fireworks on 14th February and the view was magical. Breakfast options were really good for Asians. Thumbs up.

The location offers easy access to various transport options, a variety of restaurants, and a shopping mall with a supermarket, all within a 5-minute walk.

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore. What really stood out, though, was the staff at reception; they were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions I had. Their kindness made my stay even more enjoyable.
