Location is perfect, staff are amazing, spotless clean, countless food and restaurants just outside. You have to stay to understand how convenient the hotel is and why everyone who stayed on this hotel fell in love the place

We received a free upgrade, which we much appreciated. The decor is exceptional. The location is right in Chinatown, a very lively area. Breakfast was a lavish buffet.

Great location with everything outside the hotel. Even though the hotel is located on a busy corner intersection, my room was quiet. 7/11, heaps of restaurants and a supermarket is just 1 block away. What is really cool is that at night time, one lane on the main road is closed and is transformed into a night market, with plenty of hawkers setting shop. Great way to spend the night walking around. No nightclubs or dodgy bars nearby which is good and provides a nice and safe feeling. Breakfast was great with a descent range of western and eastern dishes. Even have bitter melon and chicken soup and chicken congee for breakfast!

I booked the ground floor room without windows because that was all that was left, but it turned out to be the best! No road noise, no morning light waking you up, a comfortable bed and a spacious room, and a 24 hour clerk watching over your room- I couldn’t ask any better for the first couple jet lagged days in Bangkok.

Just across to the Sam Yot metro station. 15 mins walk to Chinatown . Friendly employees. Everything new and very comfortable beds . I loved it .

Modern hotel in the heart of Chinatown. We had a small issue with our room and the staff promptly gave us another one. Everyone was nice, helpful and professional. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was vast. Enjoying the rooftop was also a plus at the end of the day.

-Unique decoration you feel like you stay at a fancy museum😍 - Staffs are outstanding, friendly and welcoming. They assist us finding activities and book tickets for it with the best and a proper way to do it. - besides everything above, i forgot my carry-on when i left bangkok and when I contacted them they responded immediately and found a shipping company with same-day delivery 🚚 and delivered my carry-on to me on the next day!

I enjoy my stay here. The hotel is located near Songwat Road. There are many cute cafe, craft shop and photogenic spots nearby. The staffs are friendly. There is an elevator, so i can bring my luggage up to my room conveniently.

Booming area, but still not too loud. Close to everything you need in Bangkok. Nice interior and the staff there absolutely great! Very helpful and nice. It’s multistory building, but they gave a lift!
