Bed was so comfy. Room was spacious as well as bathroom. They also gave us free bottles of water that we can had as many as we wanted. They also let us use bathroom next to the pool before check-in and after check-out which was very useful especially we wanted to take a bath before boarding the overnight train back to Bangkok. Staff were also attentive and polite.

Breakfast was amazing - far exceeded expectations given the price. Full spread of hot foods, all very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Location in a small alley, but close to old town. Room was clean and comfortable

Really convenient place. We stayed for 2 nights only to visit an Elephant Sanctuary. Around 200 THB (US$6) to get from the airport. Spacious room, very friendly staff, complimentary water and snacks. Great Thai breakfast and swimming pool.

We stayed at iSilver Hotel for the second time, this time for a 5-day work trip. I still believe it's the best place to stay in Chiang Mai for the price. The hotel is conveniently close to downtown yet remains quiet. The breakfast is consistently good, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
