This stay was perfect for us. The room was nice and clean with good air conditioning and a beautiful view. Mama Beach Residence took care of any and all needs that we communicated and then some. They have boat tours and kayak rentals available, snorkeling and whatever else you might be interested in. You could also get them from any of the vendors in town, but they have them here also for a competitive rate, and they don't push any of it. It's far enough away from the central pier to give you peace and quiet in the evenings, and close enough for anything you might want like access to all the restaurants or shops (about a 10 min stroll down the beach). Addy, at reception, was exceptionally helpful in making sure we were all set to go for any topics. Great English and even found and was vigilant about returning a lost item that we forgot in the room in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this location and would stay here again if returning to Phi Phi.

I loved everything. But it is impossible staying in Blue Horizon and don’t give any compliments about all staff. Especially Thai. Everyone works so hard all the time to ensure the guests will see everything clear, organized and with a good atmosphere. Of course, water, banana, coffee and offered to everyone is another plus.

Very clean, comfy large beds, accommodating staff. Stayed in the 12-bed mixed dorm and it was very quiet, cold and dark. Gorgeous views! They will help with luggage transfer to and from the pier… request it unless you want to SWEAT.

The staff, was absolutely amazing, they cared about little details such texting me and putting away my key when I forgot it in my locker, or even moving my hanging clothes in the sun, always smiling and positive attitude. Everything was amazing! This hostel is brand new and already one of the best! The facilities are clean and cozy, and the staff are incredibly friendly — they truly make you feel at home. I was only planning to stay one night, but ended up extending my stay because I loved it so much! The hostel has an excellent location — close to everything you need on Phi Phi. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The small breakfast they provide is a nice bonus! I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Phi Phi!

This resort was beautiful, as soon as you walk in you feel like you’re in paradise. The check-in process was easy and quick and they took our bags from the pier to our rooms while we swam in the pool! The swim up bar was a nice touch and great fun. The location is perfect with a 7/11 right across the entrance for any late night snacks/drinks. Close enough to walk to the beach and not feel like it’s a huge walk. The rooms were very clean and bathroom was perfect, bed nice and soft with extra pillows and blankets. The A/C was good and the balcony had a drying rack for our swimsuits and stuff. Perfect, perfect, perfect !
