The point of contact was very helpful and responded to our WhatsApp messages quickly when we got locked out of the room (I accidentally left my phone in the room). The bed was really comfortable—great shower and bath. The room was very spacious, with easy access to the metro.

The central air emits cigarette smell constantly. Parking is a nightmare. Was charged more than 400 NTD per night in the nearby parking facility for two nights in a row. Breakfast is meh.
