Nothing as the property lures international travelers who do not have Ukraine bank accounts to the wire transfer it mandates and then rudely refuses to cancel the reservation when contacted. I have travelled to Ukraine dozens of times since 2020 and in my experience even a smallest coffee kiosk is set up for accepting credit card payments for a 20 UAH coffee but not this establishment in the fanciest, modern neighborhood of Kyiv.

The staff at the hotel was magnificent and always went out of their way to be helpful and to make my stay more enjoyable. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and bar and it is centrally located in Kyiv. I had a few special requests and they were handled right away. I have traveled the entire US and a lot of the world and would rate this hotel among the best.
