I liked the size of the bedroom and bathroom. I was very impressed with the staff who I found to be helpful, friendly and efficient. I also likened that I did not have to keep tipping the staff and I was told that tips were not necessary during check in.

In the heart of downtown Boston, this hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Amtrak South Train Station and features a daily hot breakfast. The Boston Children’s museum is a short walk away.

The location was very convenient, close to downtown. Great facilities, gym open 24/7. Plenty dining options, the variety of bakery items at the coffee shop was unreal.

It was quite futuristic, great bed, and a nice bathroom. I like the lights in the room. The location was great, within walking distance to the south station and the tea party museum. A lot of dining options nearby.

All was good. Early check in provided with foc upgrade to suites. Breakfast is good. But difficult to find a space in the morning. Too much crowded. Clean, location is good . I didnt like: I have asked a dental kit, and they told me to buy in the Market next to reception. Not comfortable at all and very weird as its not as per Hyatt Standards. Even cheapest 3 star hotel provides upon request.

The room was excellent. It was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly.
