The staff was incredibly helpful, like above and beyond. I asked them a million questions about subway routes and getting to JFK, and they helped me plan it all. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat, and would recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Scherman. The location was perfect — close enough to walk to many major attractions, yet far enough from the chaos of Times Square. Our room was very clean and impressively quiet; even though the hotel was fully booked, we didn’t hear a thing through the walls during our 10-night stay. Breakfast was just right and set us up well for the day. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely stay here again if we return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the room was extremely comfortable after long days in the city. The amenities were excellent and the service truly stood out. A special mention goes to Anthony, who was incredibly helpful with our bags and made arranging transportation easy and stress free. The location is perfect, right in midtown Manhattan, in a safe area and very well connected to everything we wanted to see. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is a great boutique hotel, very well located in the Financial District. The room was very quiet and clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back here again and I highly recommend it!
