The beds were so comfy. The staff were amazing and so happy to help. Great bar and seating areas with a cool dj on the weekend. The neighbourhood had lots of bars, shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the Metro stop. Value for money was excellent

I think this is my first time giving a 10, and it’s very subjective—unfortunately, I got very sick on my last day, so I spent the whole day in their amazing lounge downstairs. No one bothered me, and I was able to rest peacefully, for which I’m very thankful! Now for the objective part: they offer coffee, tea, and snacks/fruits 24/7, which was great. The location is a short walk to the metro, making it easy to get around New York. The hotel was always quiet, and the room itself was very comfortable and cleaned daily. We had a heating issue, but they resolved it immediately.
