Full marks to the Henry Norman for wonderfully friendly and helpful front desk. Check-in and check-out were a positive pleasure. Lots of good advice about the neighbourhood We stayed in a big family loft-style room which was partitioned into a sleeping space and a living-space with sofa-bed. Given that we were there for five nights, we were delighted to find that the kitchen had everything we might want — toaster, coffee-maker, fridge, oven, plenty of crockery and cutlery etc. Good fast internet. Quiet street. Arty but relaxed decor. I hope to stay again.

The facilities were very clean, rooms, bathrooms, everything. You need to go up some stairs to cross the bridge in get to the subway station by walk, but it's totally doable (about 12 min walk). The Vernon Station is well connected with everything in just a couple of minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful. They lent me an iPhone charger. Kadidja was great.

Great location with easy access to all points of interest in Manhattan. Very clean and comfortable. Satisfied breakfast. Luggage can be left in storage after check-out time until late evening. The staff is great and responds happily and positively to every request.

I stayed at Artezen hotel in NY with my husband and one-year-old baby for a week and our stay was an absolute pleasure. The hotel is perfectly located (subway stops all around, close to all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets, near many tourist attractions). The facilities were impeccable and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, in fact, all of our requirements were taken care of in a warm and thoughtful way. It was really comforting to have water and coffee refilled in the room every morning. We booked a king-sized bed that was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud, we appreciated this after long hours of sightseeing. Also, the Italian restaurant downstairs serves good deal dishes like pasta, salad and paninis - actually, some of the best pistachio pesto I've had in a long while. Long story short, would most definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, we nailed it.
