The staff at the Sunset Marquis and at the Cavatina restaurant were absolutely wonderful. Upon check-in, they upgraded our room, and they always excelled at ensuring that we were comfortable. The food was so delicious. I ran out of time to indulge in the lovely-looking pool but perhaps next time.

We read all the great reviews before coming and still, this place managed to exceed all our expectations. It truly is West Hollywood's hidden gem, in a great location, with a lot of lovely character. The place is incredibly quiet and peaceful, the beds are unbelievably comfortable. The studio is squeaky clean and we loved that the communication about housekeeping was seamless and always convenient. The kitchenette is superbly well-equipped which made us very happy and we enjoyed home-cooked breakfasts every morning. The bathroom was spacious and the shower very modern. The parking is also very convenient. While we felt like it's a little bit on the pricier side, you really are getting an amazing experience and comfort for your money and we'd take The Charlie over any traditional LA hotel any time. We hope to come back one day.

The staff is really friendly and professional (thank you Carlos!) I love the swimming pool surrounded by plants and flowers. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice, well equipped, convenient and clean. The parking is very useful, safe and easy to access.
