Less than a 5-minute walk from Bourbon Street, Wyndham New Orleans French Quarter offers free WiFi. Harrah's Casino, Jackson Square and Cafe Du Monde are each located less than 0.6 mi from the hotel. The room was so spacious and clean. We were at the top floor. Location is near so many good restaurants. SECURITY is a major plus. There’s security in the building checking everyone who comes in making sure they’re all guests. That is really a good idea from the hotel considering the outside of the hotel can seem a little sketchy and scary whenever the crowd builds up specially at the grocery store in front. Customer service is great too. The guy at the front desk was really nice and accommodating. Too bad I forgot his name.

The night manager that worked 12/4/21, should I say all the staff that night. We’re a very close family and was there for my nieces wedding. It was very emotional and exciting. Teenagers being teenagers my grandson and a friend and my sister and her daughter show up. Our original room was myself and my 82 year old mother. We had reserved a extra room but the extra 4 wasn’t coming. The manager heard my dilemma at 1:00 am and tired she gave me one of the 2 room suites. It was Amazing. She was exceptional. When I’m always the responsible one. She came to my rescue. Some people do care.

Located in the historic French Quarter on Bourbon Street, The Royal Sonesta New Orleans offers accommodations with an outdoor pool, multiple bars, and a jazz club. This was my first time being in NOLA and so I wasn't really aware of the party atmosphere of Bourbon Street (you have been warned) but Royal Sonesta is so good at keeping all the noise out. Even in the rooms! The staff were fab too, they mailed my wine to my friend's address as the wine got delivered late after my stay.

This hotel was amazing. Great location! Still super calm even though right off of Bourbon street. Try to ask for a courtyard room. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Pool was great.
