Everything was great, this was my 3rd stay at Roost East Market for the year. That says it all really. I travel to the US 3-4 times a year for work and this is officially my home away from home in Philly. I don't think I'll ever consider booking elsewhere again. They even went above and beyond with additional cleaning, holding my packages before my stay, even willing to hold packages for months until my next stay. I really appreciate the friendly service from all of the staff, no matter the time of day or night. The apartments are modern, spacious and clean in a nice, safe central area. What more do you need?

The Morris House Hotel is more than a comfortable, totally centrally located hotel in Philly. From the first moment you enter the hotel, you are greeted by a charming, helpful, very experienced, extremely friendly and always positive management. The historical background of the house invites you to find out more. You feel warmly welcomed as if in a family community. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a love of authenticity. Having stayed there for more than just a few days, I can recommend this hotel with pleasure and conviction.

We had a great stay at this “Regal Retreat”. My husband and I were visiting Philly with our three teenage daughters and a friend to see a concert at the Theater of the Living Arts. The house was in a great location, just a short walk to the venue, and close to lots of other restaurants and things to do. We only stayed for one night, but we had everything we needed, and were very comfortable, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to get ready and relax after walking around all day. Having a driveway was wonderful as well. We wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if visiting Philly again!

It was a superb experience for me and thank you for the staff c/o Grant for allowing me an early check-in . The staff are super friendly, accommodating, professional and will let you experience a 10/10 rate. I will come back soon and OMG I was surprised of how big the room was. The price for the location is great. Breakfast was decent and didn't ran out of food. Great location from all the attractions. My family and I like to walk to everywhere when we visit cities like this....we walked everywhere. Restaurant options everywhere and close. Night life for adults is literally at every corner. A block from the city hall and everything in that area. If we're in the area, we will definitely stay in this hotel again....oh and kids friendly as any HI I've been to.

Location is good, apartment cleanliness is good except of the bed and sheets that had food smell and had to buy Lysol disinfectant spray to eliminate odors on the bed at midnight hrs. Bed had some dark dots as well. Noisy early mornings from a nearby warehouse kept me awake from early mornings. HVAC system always cold even if adjusted to heat. Had to pay $250.00 as a security deposit as well,
