The room was so spacious by NY standars. Pleasant surprise. Location is a breathe to find from JFK airport. No transfers required, Just the AirTrain and Q44 SBS. Spoiled for food options in the area. Shuttle to LGA was on time.

The hotel location is in the heart of flushing , many restaurants nearby and downstair is shopping mall. It's take 10-15 min to laguardia airport and about 25 min to JFK. I went to downtown Manhattan everday , it's very easy to take subway line 7 to Times Square ,it takes about 35 -40 minutes , which is quite comfortable because flushing is the first stop to Manhattan , so a lot of seats , and from times square back to flushing also .Every staffs are very nice .The receptionist Jessica , is very nice and very polite. I took the free shuttle bus to Laguardia airport ,the driver ,Sammy is very nice also . I will stay here again next time. Just noted that the breakfast is not the line buffet , it's in the menu that you can choose just one , but anyway it's very good quality.

Linens pillows and bed so comfortable. Bathroom with exceptional soaps and moisturizers. Towels. Rain head shower and handheld available. Full length mirror. Easy operating coffee machine. Cups and glasses. Lamp earth electrical and USB. Tv up to date and easy to operate. Good size lobby. Free shuttle. Check in and out with capable staff. Accommodates late check out for free. Huge windows. Wish all hotels were like this. Will look for Indigo around the world

I’ve stayed here several times before. The new staff are better, the rooms are cleaner. I actually had the room with the balcony for the first time…I really enjoyed that!
