I absolutely will never stay anywhere else but this hotel we have stayed in a lot of hotels in that area but wow I mean when we came in John greeted us with the big smile they gave us a late check out we had our two dogs with us so it's always difficult traveling and they just made our stay wonderful. Their beds are so comfortable and the sheets were so soft and the pillows were soft also great! We always get a hotel rooms that have pillows that are so hard you can't sleep on them. The Maids were so friendly and they didn't wake us up in the morning, and they had a huge area that was all grass for the dogs! Having a beautiful clean room and new tiles and bathtub was awesome off the charts microwave refrigerator can't say enough great things about this place! Thank you so much!!

It was nice clean n quiet great place rest but watch out for mistreatment n rude attitude from the old Asian lady with glasses she's rude n weird so be careful with staff personal issues towards you...

Luckily I was allocated a room that did not face the street, so it was quite quiet. I travelled for a conference and stayed 5 nights in the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was a good size, the location near the Convention Center was very convenient.
