My request to have a room as close as possible to the door was full filled. I can't walk long distances, so it made it easy for me. I'm very happy they accommodated my needs
I also liked the availability of a luggage cart to help carry the luggage to my room.
I liked the full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. I usually bring my own because the small bottles are never enough for me and my husband. But with the large bottles, I was able to wash my hair both days if my stay.

The "Holiday" touches were great: "Elf on the Shelf" and "Hot Cocoa" in the lobby were well received by my family. The location of the hotel was very convenient to the UCSB campus where my daughter needed to be by 9am each day. It was only an 8 minute drive.
