Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable. There was all necessary kitchenware. We were given free tickets for a local cable car by the hostess. I hope we can visit this wonderful place again!

It is a beautifully situated property, close enough to all amenities but peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the village centre. The views are stunning. Maria could not be friendlier, she provides delicious breakfasts, delightful company and was wonderful with our children; a great host.

We rented two apartments for a group of 9 for a ski-vacation at Ski Juwel. The location was perfect, the apartments were very nice, clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. But the BEST of all was Manuela’s hospitality. Manuela was the perfect host. She went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect, with wonderful recommendations, with assisting in making dinner reservations, and just by being there and making us feel safe and at home. The entire place is so cozy and beautiful and everything you need, is there! Thank you Manuela for everything! We will recommend this place to everyone planning to visit Austria.

Excellent base for me to do some driving on the Grossglockner pass. Superb room (upgraded for free!) wonderful attentive staff and excellent food an drinks.

A lovely surprise! We didn't know what to expect, from the hotel or the town, but we were warmly welcomed by the owner manager Kitty, and given an intro to the hotel, the hiking, local activities and the Alpbach card which enabled us to use chairlifts, busses and visit an outdoor museum for free. Loved the room and the terrace. The hotel is a true Tirolean guesthouse. Breakfast was probably the best we had. We would highly recommend Sonnwend.

We loved the chalet-it was very spacious, and sparkling clean. The host provided orange and apple juice, along with water, for our stay, as well as coffee and hot chocolate. There were beautiful views out every window. Also, just a quick 10 minute walk up the hill, we had a couple of great places to eat.
