We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is cozy and spotless, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our kids especially loved the special attic bed—a fun and cozy little space that made their stay extra special! The balcony offers breathtaking panoramic and pastoral views over the surrounding meadows and mountains — arguably the best in Niederthai. Lea was warm and welcoming host, easy to contact. The apartment is just a short walk to the start of several beautiful hiking routes. We did the Hoher Stein hike—a peaceful trail with stunning mountain scenery. Highly recommended for couples or families looking for a mix of comfort, nature, and authentic Tyrolean charm. We’d gladly return!

It was the best vacation of my life! Surrounded by astonishing nature the hotel provides the highest level of service, best quality food and exceptional comfort. I felt the whole busy life stopped and I could enjoy the moments. Therme has a perfect temperature, Sauna World provides the best relaxation ever, visitors are also polite and quiet. I want to come back!

Beautiful location to enjoy nature as a family 😊 great hospitality . we really liked the hike to the hutte from the cable car and the hike back down to the cable car parking the day after.

A very modern high standard apartment-hotel facilities. Late arrival possible after advising them so no stress. Very well equipped and comfortable 1BHK with all you can need. Top class relaxing area at the 4th floor comprising of swimming pool, sauna and cosy relaxing areas. Underground safe parking for large cars. Very cool bar to rejoice at the end of the day. Very lovely staff who kindly changed our room (because of the big wooden hut barring super view over the mountains at the 1st floor) .

Well equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee is a great compliment. Room was clean and comfortable. Late check in was arranged by the host. Parking just in front of the house.

They had a storage room to store my snowboard and skiing equipment to be kept warm over night and dry. Also the property has a really great sauna and heated pool to relax in after a long cold day on the mountain.

The staff does a great job making you feel welcome and comfortable. The food is great and so are the amenities. I would recommend it to anyone and we will return if we're ever back in the area.
