Stayed here for a night with friends during the school holiday and we all loved the experience! The rooms were clean and so beautifully decorated that the photos do not do its justice. Madeleine was an exceptional host - we got into a car accident on the way there and she offered to patch up our vehicle for us. She kept the fireplace going for us throughout the night and her home-cooked breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area :)

The location is awesome for those wanting a quiet getaway close to the Granite Belts' best wineries (Ballandean, Golden Grove, Tobin, Bangawarra, Bents Road and many more, all 5 - 10 minutes away). The host Noeleen, was lovely and really cared about her property which showed in the facilities provided.

The hosts Shelly and Doug were exceptionally welcoming and competent. I was in the business and have never seen a better couple to run such a complex facility. Most people would need 4-6 staff. The food was freshly cooked and tasty. Everything just ran smoothly for a full house.

The house was perfect. The wood fire was calming and warming. The surrounding gardens were magnificent and peaceful. The bocce/boule court was a bonus. The wildlife, (kangaroos, rabbits and birds), were amazing.

We spent 5 nights at 31 The Rocks and it was great. It was so peaceful in the bush setting but close enough to town. The accommodation had everything we needed, the beds were comfy (slept in every day) and kitchen facilities were good. The BBQ was very handy. The sunsets each afternoon were wonderful. The hosts were very nice and friendly. Highly recommend.
